Former CEO of a project management governmental entity, with years of experience leading teams across the UAE while handling and overseeing important projects on behalf of the government. He rose to the ranks and retired as Brigadier General.

Eventually he progressed to roles of an experienced project manager, arbitrator, court-appointed expert and delay quantum expert. He is also a chartered and registered member of CIArb, ADCCAC, ICC, DIAC, DIFC-LCIA and other Arbitration Centres.

Dr. Eng. Saif Hamdan Al Kaabi’s expertise lies in construction management, project planning and critical path methods of retrospective delay analysis. He employs a variety of methods when analysing delay during the construction process, choosing the most appropriate course of action depending on the circumstances.

He applies sound planning principles to evaluate and report on issues of productivity and extension of time. He has assisted several law firms in the handling of construction disputes. He is well-placed to advise on a range of matters in the construction disputes field, including productivity and extension of time matters, delay analysis methodologies and estimated cost to completion. He is also an accomplished expert in matters in the AECO field.
