Mediation Support

Mediation is a form of alternative dispute resolution (‘ADR’) that has been increasingly used and encouraged as a conflict resolution in strategy amongst corporate entities.

It is a process in which a third-party neutral mediator assists parties to resolve a dispute and to reach a solution customized to their needs.  Mediation, unlike trial, does not involve a judge making a decision on the party who is at fault in the dispute at hand. In contrast, it is a non-adversarial approach to conflict resolution. Furthermore, the process is private and flexible.

The role of the mediator is to facilitate communication between the parties, assist them in focusing on the real issues of the dispute, and generate options that meet the interests or needs of all relevant parties.

We are often requested by both government and private entities to negotiate and settle disputes. Our highly experienced team and diplomatic approach help clients resolve disputes outside the courtroom.
