Dr.Eng. Saif Hamdan Al Kaabi is a former CEO of a governmental  entity, heading the project management department, with years of experience leading teams across the UAE while handling and overseeing important projects on behalf of the government.

As a Founding Partner of JIC, he brings over two decades of distinguished experience across public and private sectors.

Dr. Saif has a proven track record as a Claims Consultant, securing numerous successful judgments in high-stakes construction, infrastructure, and real estate disputes. As a certified Arbitrator, Mediator, and Engineering Expert, he is highly regarded for his expertise.

Dr. Saif also shares his deep knowledge of Arbitration in Construction Disputes as a lecturer at leading universities and through the UAE Society of Engineers.
