Engineering Firm vs. Bank

The Client
Our client, an Australian Engineering Consulting Firm, entered a contract with a UAE based bank. He completed his obligations as per the agreement. 

Our Approach
We performed a site visit and analysed all documents submitted to us by our client. We submitted an independent expert report stating the type of work assigned to the consultant. We supported the client during the site visit, which was completed by the court appointed expert and managed all technical discussions with the Expert.

The Outcome
Our client won the case against the Bank (the claimant) and the case was dismissed.
